Is my presale rate locked forever?
Yes — you pay $100/mo, and that rate is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. No price hikes on early supporters.
What does "proactive" actually mean?
Harness does not wait to be asked: it triages incoming requests, executes approved work with real tools, reports on schedule and escalates what it cannot safely decide. You get its daily digest either way.
$100/mo — and nothing hidden on top?
The harness, portal, your agents and their runtime are all covered by the flat rate. Two separate things are billed by providers directly: your payment processing (Stripe's fee on your sales) and your LLM inference beyond base quotas (our router gateway is included; heavier usage can switch to your own API keys and billing).
How is my data and workflow kept safe?
Every action is signed, logged and replayable (ed25519 chain). High-risk actions run through human approval gates. Delivery routines are idempotent — retries never double-send or double-book. You can export your data on request at any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, monthly billing via Stripe — cancel from the checkout portal at any time. Your seat returns to the pool.
What if the harness does something I don't want?
It can't silently. Irreversible actions require your explicit approval — the agent escalates instead of improvising. Everything else is on the signed record: open the dashboard and replay any outcome in one click.
