01 — Method
A digital twin isn't a dashboard someone draws once. It's the company's own history, captured as it happens — and that's exactly what our agents run on.
Messages, tasks, calls, payments and decisions become signed events in one append-only log. Replay it and you get the company — its structure, its people, its habits — as a living model.
Before a change touches a customer, it's tried against the twin and the real history behind it. Where the agent isn't sure, it doesn't guess — it escalates to a person with full context.
