Harness does not wait to be asked: it triages incoming requests, executes approved work with real tools, reports on schedule and escalates what it cannot safely decide. You get its daily digest either way.

Two separate things are billed by providers directly: your payment processing (Stripe's fee on your sales) and your LLM inference beyond base quotas (our router gateway is included; heavier usage can switch to your own API keys and billing).
